Bareboat Charter

We want to ensure that you get the most from your visit so we ask that you have the relevant qualifications &/or sailing experience – If you haven’t, don’t worry, we can provide a great charter experience with one of our professional skippers.

You only need 3 years’ sailing experience on similar craft or a Day Skipper qualification and two years’ sailing experience as a minimum. Give us a brief sailing CV and we will see what we can do:

Included in your charter

To make your visit as easy as possible we supply
• diesel fuel and water
• butane gas
• crockery and cutlery, pots and pans as required
• An operating manual and chart of Ullswater
• All safety equipment including, life rings, life jackets, fire extinguishers to ensure your safety and piece of mind.
• Laundered Linen, pillows & towels

There are some nice added touches but we’d rather show you those when you arrive.
What you need to bring:

You need all your personal items for washing, and flat soled deck shoes or sailing Wellingtons to ensure the decks do not get black marks on them.

A day charter must be booked in advance and subject to availability you have from 9 until 5 to see the best the lakes has to offer.

If you are taking an overnight charter we will be as flexible as we can with your arrival and departure so that you get the maximum amount of time on the water during your visit.
